I entered the store today pretty early and wanted to find a mix of clothing especially jackets. However I proceeded in store where there was a mirror present to try on a fur jacket . As I finished I left a fur jacket where I tried it on . What is wrong with the staff here and why are there men in the change rooms working this is so crazy to me I bought a top she didn't say hi just goes phone number ? Didn't even tell me why then looked at me like go away? The security guard at the door was rude. Plain rude. My friends and I (all responsible adults, not some foolish teenagers), decided to go clothing shopping, and happened to stop by Zara. As we were about to walk in, the security guard pulled out his arm and stopped us from walking in, and told us we were allowed to enter. I had a disappointing experience at this Zara store due to the rude and dismissive behavior of a male staff member at the counter. The interaction was unprofessional and made my shopping experience uncomfortable. This experience fell below expectations, and I would rather go to the Karrinyup store than return to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving service standards in the future.
Very bad quality of clothes. Cant find size, always too short or too long with back or front open.
