Very disappointed with the customer service at Zara today, particularly from the manager (Asian lady with long dark hair). I spent quite a while searching both floors for mom fit jeans and genuinely could not find them. I asked this staff member where they were, and instead of helping properly, she simply said “go downstairs.” When I explained that I had already checked downstairs and asked which side of the store they were on, she dismissively replied that “there is staff there” and told me to ask downstairs. Made an order online to click and collect at this store, as I work nearby. I ordered 2 items for my baby, I am currently pregnant and first time mum. When my order said it was delivered to the store, I went to collect the next day. The staff told me that the order said it was showing as delivered but they couldn’t find it and it must be lost.
