Very disappointing experience at Zara today. The customer service was poor, and one staff member glared at my son simply because he touched the queue barrier while we were waiting to check out. He was just being a child and wasn’t doing anything wrong. There was no need for such rude behaviour.

Today’s shopping experience was appalling! I waited at the registers for ten minutes too pay for my four items ! While staff walked passed and ignored me! Eventually I flagged a staff member to come and help but he wasn’t in a hurry too help ! While I stood waiting the Que off customers grew too seven! Is this how you serve customers in 2026 ? Very poor indeed ! You have lost a customer!!!!

Very disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed to have no knowledge of the discounts and sale prices. I was about to buy a plant that was clearly marked as 50% off from $69.95, but I was almost charged the full price. The same thing happened with a T-shirt that had a clearly displayed discount. Because I was being charged full price at the counter, I decided not to buy the pants. It’s frustrating when advertised sale prices aren’t applied correctly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Zero star for service.
