There is this one really wierd girl working there (think she might be Indian ) I don’t know her name. Who is just strange . Never smiles . Always looks likes she ready to or wants to start a fight . So much attitude on her face . This is customer service ??? Pls for the love of god . Shopping is therapy. Can’t wait for all Zara stores to have Fairview style where you just throw stuff in a bin & a machine does it all for you - without any stank attitude face . The manager working this Sunday is amazing and helped me despite not approaching her she noticed I was trying to work through a return and she helped me find my receipt digitally so I could do a refund. Thanks so much!
Every cashier I have encountered at the Oshawa centre Zara has such a bad attitude. Makes me never want to come in stores, I only go in person to return something and even then I have a terrible experience with the cashiers. They are never nice, they hate their jobs and life. Lose the attitude Zara employees, not a good look.
They did not return the suit I bought the same day they said the tag was off…
Nice sales associate, terrible manage and quality clothing. I usually buy my kids clothes at Gap and have NEVER had an issue with quality in the 6 years I have shopped for their clothes at Gap. I decided to try buying some clothes from Zara, BIG MISTAKE!! The pair of pants I bought have holes down the seam after 2 wears. These pants were full price, $40. I was told that I could not get a refund or exchange because apparently there is a bar code tag on the inside of Zara clothes and if the tag is not there nothing can be done... read more
