I visited the store today to make a return on two pairs of jeans that I purchased August 22. I’m well aware that Zara has a 30 day return policy however there was two deaths in my family and upon trying to explain that to a manager named Sal and willing to show obituaries, he was very rude. Even the associate advised it was unnecessary. It’s five days over the amount and he could have well made an exception, but chose not to chose not to show any compassion at all. Horrible service . I paid $90 for a shirt. 3 days over the limit for return and now it’s only worth $35 and not even an exception for a full price exchange. Save $30 on business but lose entire customers life time business over that lol
