Worst experience ever and weird one for too? I had purchased a top from them in a rush, and it didn’t end up fitting the day i wore it. Cashiers always miserable not friendly and hate their job, which makes ur shopping experience stressful and no wonder people choose online shopping, the manager at this location with long hair is despicable zero customer service skills, always mad and his attitude makes you feel like he’s doing us a favour shopping there, one of the worst experiences in my shopping life, he should consider changing his career for sure, being around people not one of them
I had a very frustrating experience at Zara Oshawa. My mother bought a jacket for my brother in a rush and guessed the size. At the till, the associate noticed the item had no tag and called a manager. The manager instructed them to print a receipt and—HE HIMSELF—noted on it that the item was sold without tags.
