My friend and I walked into the Zara store today and our kookai bags made the sensors go off, not sure why as we were quite confused ourselves, one of the young female staff attendants rushed to us and made us open our sealed bags and have a look whilst also keeping us at the front of the store, once again all we had done was entered. Not helpful and doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and experience. They refuse to sell an item tag on sale and claim that it was a mistake.
Refused to sell me an item at the marked sale price because it was “the last one in stock.” Spoke to two managers thinking it must be a mistake but both confirmed it’s “our policy.” Apparently sale prices only apply if there’s more than one item left. If you don’t intend to honour a price, don’t display it. Completely absurd and inconsistent with Australian Consumer Law. You've just lost a loyal customer, Zara Miranda
never had such a bad experince at a store before. i went in 8th november maybe 11/12:00 a man on counter served me i wanted a refund on my pants i had bought online. i payed with a card online and tried to get a refund with the same card. wasnt working on his end. he told me it was the wrong card, didnt know what i was talking about and told me i HAD to get a gift card instead. i truly believe he was only treating me and bullying me this way as i am a teenager. he asked for help and conventionally found out i was correct and... read more
