I wish there would be an option to give minus zero. Went for shop at Zara Miranda Ana spend over 250 dollars across woman and kids range. My husband bought 1 T-shirt and 1 shirt from men’s section. There was a girl who served him and when we were going out the alarm went on. 2 bald man came running and they had a racist impression that we are stealing. Placed order on 14/7. 2/3 packages came a week later. One still hasnt arrived. Chat said they will refund it and contact me via email in 72 hours, they didn't. Now chat say they've refunded $149 for a print dress and kimono shirt to an old card that doesnt exist for an order i returned two years ago IN STORE!? Makes no sense.
