Wouldn't recommend shopping here. Staff is unkind. If you want to roll your eyes when I'm just asking you a question on where I can a certain item and then give me unnecessary attitude, maybe reconsider NOT working a job that doesn't deal with customers. Or you know. Maybe do not work at all if you can't even be bothered to show a little aloha. A lady can't even shop for a cute jacket nowadays.
Zara Ala Moana is a joke. I came to Ala Moana today (Monday) specifically to shop at Zara. According to their website, they open at 10am. I tried at 10am, 11am, and again at noon—still closed with no explanation, no sign, nothing. Completely irresponsible and a waste of customers’ time. If you’re going to post hours, at least honor them. I won’t be shopping here again.
Worst experience! telling me the mall close at 8pm? While all of the doors are still open? I just want to pick up online order! When in fact it stated 9pm in your mall hours and your site!
Bought a cologne that had the price in Euros on it, I paid for it and didn't think anything of it. When I got home I looked upnthe conversion rate and it was $10 less than what they charged me. I called their customer service to see if they would honor the price that's ON THE PRODUCT, it wasn't like it was on the wrong shelf or something, and they refused. Won't be shopping anywhere where they have zero integrity.
The store itself is great, but the quality of Zara’s products is severely lacking. This isn’t really an issue with this specific location, but with the brand as a whole. This kind of fast fashion is harmful to the environment, especially when so much material and labor goes into clothing that often ends up in landfills or the ocean. I’ve heard that some basic pieces can last with proper care, but many items feel poorly made and likely won’t hold up over time.
