The managers are always nice to me. The associates just need a bit more personality though.
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the Zara Downtown Portland store. During my visit, I returned two pairs of jeans that I had ordered online because they were too big and a dress I purchased in the store for $59. After completing my returns, I continued shopping and purchased several new items because many of my clothes are now too large after recent weight loss. Would give 0/5 if I could. I walked in and not even 5 seconds in, the security gaurd was tailing me. If you got melanin, stay safe and avoid this store.
