⭐️ 1-star review I’ve been shopping at ZARA for many years, and my experience at the Portland store was incredibly disappointing. The General Manager was incredibly dismissive and showed very little willingness to find a reasonable resolution when there was an issue with a faulty item. I purchase online on Zara's website and do in-store pick up to avoid shipping fees. I then try the items on in-store after picking them up. Lilikoi in the women's department in the Pioneer Place store is so helpful every time. I love Zara's coats and Lilikoi knows every coat the store sells (both online and in-store) and how it's supposed to fit.
