Thank you so much, Enrique from Zara men, for your excellent service. We are very happy with the experience. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, showing genuine care, attention, and professionalism throughout. The service was at the highest level, and we really appreciate his effort and dedication. Worst customer service ever! Imagine that we did a purchase and we did’t receive the receipt on our phone so we ask them if we can get the paper receipt so a lady there told us this is the last time we can give you a paper receipt they are going paperless with everything that is happening in the world lol! Anyway she couldn’t get us a paper receipt or even a digital receipt because of their system error lol! So at the end she told us if we want to exchange to return we need to call customer service! and we were in the store... read more

Horrible experience! Lost our car keys at this store, and the manager on duty did not help in any capacity, was on his phone walking around the store and when we asked for help he only took action when prompted by my urgency. The lovely lovely young man up in the kids section was so sweet and tried his best to help us and did everything he could - super sad that I cant say the same for the management. The keys were in the back and only when I asked if he could double check did he go and have a proper look. Handed us the keys... read more
