Had worse experience by male Asian staff member. Never going back, horrible staff at Zara.
A young Asian guy called Danny was helping me choose a women's fragrance for my mate, and he was very friendly and took his time to help me and choose the best fragrance. Really good customer service from this young individual.
My husband and I visited your store last night to shop for clothes, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely unpleasant. My husband immediately noticed a very strong and unpleasant body odor in the men’s fitting room. After he finished purchasing his clothes, he accompanied me to the ladies’ section, where I was also planning to buy several items. Very rude staff. Lady in the change room should not be in retail with that attitude.
