20/09/26 , 2.45pm complete chaos,Those ridiculous self service checkout never works properly put the Kmart one instead and you can't find staff when you needed, waited for the help for 5 minutes nobody turns up and left without shopping.
went to the store tonight, found a top I really liked. Was the last one in my size, sadly had a big makeup stain in the front yet the staff couldn’t do anything about it other than tell me I can order it online yet if I do so I have to pay a shipping fee. Not satisfied at all. This is poor service, no discount for marks, no other alternatives than online and pay even MORE.
Had worse experience by male Asian staff member. Never going back, horrible staff at Zara.
