I had a very disappointing experience at Zara Mapleview. I tried to return two $17 shirts after they became poor quality despite following all of the washing instructions on the label. I explained the situation to two managers, hoping they would stand behind the quality of their products, but instead I was simply told, “Sorry, you washed it. If I could give this store a zero star review, I would. I bought a dress within 24 hours of the summer sale going on and they would not do a price adjustment or return and then re-purchase so I can get the deal. I called customer service and they were absolutely useless. I spoke to the manager in store. Also absolutely useless. All I was looking for is to get a simple price adjustment. I was willing to return and re-buy and they would not do that for me. I’ve never had an issue like this in any other retail store.

The manager’s behavior was very disappointing. While I was trying to ask a simple question about my exchange, he ignored me, answered personal phone calls, and refused to tell me his name when I asked. I found his attitude unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect better customer service and professionalism from someone in a management position. I LOVE Zara please hire professional people.
