Wow! The assistance and support here are amazing.!!!! Especially the manager, Melissa, and another beautiful lady with long hair (I’m sorry 🥹 I didn’t catch her name). They helped me a lot with an issue I had when part of the clothing was damaged. I truly appreciate their patience and kindness.🥰♥️
First and last experience at any Zara location. Horrible uncaring service....wish I could give 0. My dad passed away just before Christmas and dealing with all of that was a higher priority than exchanging the Zara jacket and belt that I received for Christmas. Ended up going in there yesterday and when the cashier scanned the gift receipt he told me that they have a strict 30 day policy on returns. Horrible horrible customer service. Awful staff. Awful attitude and inconsiderate people working at this store. They like to gaslight customers consistently. I saw their behaviour with others too. Same crap. I’ve been there a few times for a very simple transaction that took two weeks to be finished. These people do not know anything about customer service.
