There are clothes piled up in front of the mirror, so I can't even look in it. When I asked the store manager, she told me to use the mirror by the fitting room. But that mirror is right by the entrance, so you can't actually stand in front of it.
Horrible cash out management. Slow moving and not enough staff!! Only ONE line for purchases!!! Will avoid this location at all costs next time!
The return policy and customer service receives 0 stars from me. We had purchased a top from square one went to Burlington to return. Store manager was rude and said that top with tags on will not be taken back since there were creases in the shirt. My entire family was with me including my daughters who had bought top. I can only assume the ceases are from being in a bag since time of purchase. My daughter changed her mind on the item. However, store manager did not take back.
