Very disappointing experience at the Zara store in Upper Canada Mall. I went in to return a gift with a gift receipt, but one item didn’t have the tag. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member immediately had a rude attitude and asked us to take everything out of the Zara bag. She then called the manager, who came over and said in a very unpleasant tone, “We’ll take it this time, but next time we won’t accept it,” without even greeting us. Honestly, this experience was very disappointing and embarrassing. The new team and the new management have really lowered the quality of service. In the women’s section, the clothes are almost never organized. Items are piled on top of each other, and sizes are always mixed up. Whenever you need help, it’s very difficult to find someone available because everyone seems busy. On the other hand, the men’s section is always much better. I bought a jacket from Zara and now I want to return it, but I realized that since I bought it on December 15, it has been more than 30 days and I can't. I called customer service. The first day a gentleman spoke to me and I told him the whole story. After talking to his manager, he said to come back to the store in 24 hours so you can return it.
