I had a very disappointing experience at Zara. I tried to return a shirt that I purchased last week for my husband. He never wore it, but the staff claimed that it looked as though it had been washed. Although the return was eventually approved, the way it was handled was very unprofessional. This location unfortunately has terrible customer service. The manager specifically is extremely rude and unhelpful which explains the staff also having no customer service skills whatsoever.

Very disappointed with my experience at Zara. I was only 6 days past the 30-day return window and wasn’t even asking for a refund—just an exchange or store credit. The customer service representative was wonderful, understanding, and kindly offered to speak with the manager about making an exception. Unfortunately, the manager (an Eastern European woman whose name I didn’t catch) was rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. Absolutely terrible experience at Zara. I spent over $1,100 at this store, and one of the items I purchased had a clear stitching defect. When I returned to request a simple exchange, the staff refused to help and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The most disappointing part was the behavior of the store manager.
