The worst experience ever! The manger isn’t helpful at all!
Today I had to wait 35 minutes just to process a return. The staff member handling returns was also responsible for changing price labels, hanging clothes, and returning items to their departments, which made the process extremely slow. In other branches, when the returns desk is busy, customers are able to return items at the purchase counters in the Kids’ and Men’s departments. That seems like a much more efficient system. Waiting for a refund from Zara since April 7th 2026 . Customer service has been called 9 times regarding this and the only response is we will escalate the refund . App has been deleted and Zara will never see another dollar from me .
My experience with Nino the manager, employee 14466 in your newmarket upper canada Zara location was very refreshing . She was friendly, pleasant and very professional at the cash register. . She was all smiles and her interaction with me was lovely. Thank you.
Very disappointing experience at Zara. I went to return a polo shirt but was seven days past the 30-day return policy because I was out of the country. While I understand policies, the store manager (employee code: 34416) was extremely rude, raised her voice, and showed no professionalism or customer service.
