The Silvia park Zara is fabulous. Nice and tidy. Great location. Staff is friendly.

BAD attitude/customer service…was a very simple mistake (overcharge), we try to point out the mistake BEFORE we paid, then employee argues rudely that she made no mistake but was the computer’s fault, then waited for manager (Louis?) to fix, he argued that he fixed everything, we explain he fixed the overcharge but not the rudeness we experienced, argues with us and then says WE WERE ONES BEING RUDE!!! Unbelievable- hilarious & SAD… definitely need to work on their attitudes and Customer Service
