Very disappointing experience. I bought a pair of shoes at 11am and returned at 2pm the same day — just three hours later — with the receipt and everything in the same condition. I was told they couldn’t accept the return because the shoes were “worn,” which is completely untrue. They were sold to me exactly like that. What is wrong with the manager Brianna and the lack of costumer service skills? I was only about a week—if not less—past the return window. Considering the item was purchased during the holiday season, I reasonably expected some flexibility. Instead, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. I had an awesome experience at the Zara Men’s store in South Coast Plaza thanks to Jocelyn. I was looking for a specific jacket, and she went above and beyond to help me track it down. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and she made the whole shopping experience so much easier.
