Had a terrible experience! Manager was understanding of the return but an employee named “Heba” was extremely rude and had the worst customer service!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Zara. What should have been a simple 30 dollar return turned into a frustrating ordeal because the so-called manager on duty had zero customer service skills. Employees kept asking each other basic questions, clearly unsure how to process a basic return. It felt disorganized, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of my time. I had to say the audacity of the new campaign , mocking children’s and supporting Genocide, if it was the last day of my life, I will never purchase from Zara ever again! You played with fire, most of your customers are 🍉 supporters!
