The service at the register from the female cashier was extremely unprofessional. She was very unkind and completely ruined my Sunday afternoon. The management really needs to train their staff better. Don’t come here to return something.
Worse customer service. Asian old lady cashier was not providing me a receipt. I asked for a manager, The trans Manger black dude, who expect to call him ma’m, said could not print a receipt due to a new policy. I asked again, he said printed the receipt lol. They didn’t seem happy, they all looked miserable.
Very disappointing, I took my clothes to return it, but the manager was very rude. Even though I did not wear the clothes that I bought it but the manager said we cannot take them back. Because she thought that I worn them but I just tried them once only it’s all with the tags not worn and wanted to return them back. This place is getting very bad and I would definitely complain to the corporate.
Very disappointed with my experience at Zara. I purchased shoes, shorts, and pants, and honestly the quality was far below expectations. The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and actually hurt my feet after wearing them for a short time. The clothing material also felt cheap and poorly made. I had a very disappointing experience at Zara due to their poor customer service and unclear return policy, especially for jewelry. I purchased a piece of jewelry and later found out that it cannot be returned once the box is opened—even if you’re just trying it on.
