I had a very disappointing experience at Zara due to their poor customer service and unclear return policy, especially for jewelry. I purchased a piece of jewelry and later found out that it cannot be returned once the box is opened—even if you’re just trying it on. Worst customer service ever!!! The sales reps are rude and zero courtesy. I was buying 8 items and returning 1 and they wanted me to stand in a line to purchase and a whole other return line to return my 1 item! Ridiculous! I like Zara but if this is their choice of representation, would have to think again!

I am extremely upset about the way I was treated at ZARA. An employee yelled at me in front of other customers and accused me of asking for a free bag. She loudly said that they charge for bags, as if I was trying to get something without paying. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I tried to explain that I never asked for a free bag, but she didn’t care and kept yelling over me. The sales clerk was absolutely rude and lack of the enthusiasm to help customers. I was not aware of how to retrieve my lost text message when making a return, and she said to me several times that it was not her responsibility to help me retrieve my receipt, but instead, it was my resposibility to know how to fix this problem, with the attitude like, "This is non my problem". Can never enjoy my shopping experience at this Zara because the security guard follows my bf and I around. Not sure if it’s because he has a backpack on or what but he followed us to each sections of the women’s store and up the escalator into the men’s. Completely unnecessary as we were just trying to shop and overall very uncomfortable experience. I usually frequent this store as it’s my closest Zara location but it’s not worth it to be followed and watched for no reason.
