was met with a terrible attitude from a balding male employee who immediately told me to get in line because they were closing. He never bothered to ask, so I had to explain that I was waiting for someone who was in the process of making a purchase. The interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
The worst Zara I have ever been to. They have just 1 register for returns. Which was clearly backlogged by a lady making returns for half an hour. They should logically open up one more register for returns but they did not do that. They kept 3 registers open for purchases while they saw people waiting for over half an hour to make returns. The worst experience; will never visit. They need better management.
The service at the register from the female cashier was extremely unprofessional. She was very unkind and completely ruined my Sunday afternoon. The management really needs to train their staff better. Don’t come here to return something.
