I’ve always loved Zara for the quality, style, and European feel of the clothing, but this time I really wanted to leave a review because the Mall of America store has improved tremendously. I was shopping on the second floor and tried on some clothes, but the size didn’t fit. When I returned the item, the employee standing near the fitting rooms rudely grabbed the hanger from my hand and placed it back on the rack with an irritated attitude and a smirk. She seemed very unhappy and annoyed with her job and showed no friendliness or respect toward customers. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Zara location. There is a female employee who is often on the second floor, especially around the fitting room area. The way she looks at customers is extremely uncomfortable and makes us feel unwelcome. Every time we shop there and she is working in that area, we feel uncomfortable because of her constant looks and attitude. It makes it difficult to shop normally and enjoy the experience.
