This is one of the worst stores I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Imagine placing an order online, receiving an email confirming that your item has shipped, driving all the way to the store, and then being told the item is not even there. What makes the experience even worse is the complete lack of customer service at the Mall of America location. Not a single employee bothered to step in and help. I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I received a shirt as a Christmas gift, but already owned something very similar. In early January, about a week after Christmas, I brought the shirt into the store with the gift receipt hoping to exchange it for something else. I was told by the cashier that they could not process the exchange because the item had been purchased more than 30 days earlier (on Black Friday). I was traveling for the holidays and missed the return date by 2 days since we weren’t back in state yet and the item was given as a gift and didn’t fit. In store they told me to call customer service and that they would give me a number to return my item. I called customer service and they said no exceptions and were very rude over the phone. They did not apologize for the misinformation and made no effort to compensate for any of this. I tried calling the store but there was no line to reach a staff member.
