So I bought a dress about 5 days ago. And the cashier asked for my husband’s number/email for the receipt and started typing his number and my husband even asked if there’s a sales tax and she understood nothing, confused what the sales tax meant . Days later, i decided to return the dress and so we looked through our spam emails and text but it’s nowhere to be found. ZARA just hiring people that don’t know the company’s policies.
To the 2 women in the dressing room, isn’t it your job to put the clothes back to the hanger? You can stay at home and lay in your bed if you are that lazy ;)
