MOA Zara sucks. You walk in no one is around ,you try to ask a question and no one speaks or can understand English. Worse shopping experience ever. And they don't have alot of what you're looking for. Don't waste your time. Gave a 1 , if there was a negative 10 I'd do that ..
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ridiculously limited return policy (wouldn’t even allow exchange of sizes), very poor customer service, very long & slow moving lines. Waited for 30 minutes with only one register open & the “manager” moving at snail pace who barely spoke english!!
Rude employees. One employee at the register but there were at least 5 doing random stuff on the floor. It took her ten minutes to come and help us at the register.
