I’ve literally never had a worst customer experience in my life. It took them over 40 minutes to retrieve a pair of shoes for me to buy during that time. We were also shopping and bought a number of other things don’t you dare try to ask even a single associate for help where they will look at you like you are really causing them a problem. “Opens at 10am” means 10:05 or 10:10 or whenever they feel like it. Today the reason was “we’re taking pictures” so customers just wait on the street, locked out, during posted business hours. Literally get it together.
Horrible customer service. I made an in-store order for shoes they didn’t have in stock at this location. The person helping me made me pay at the kiosk and I received a receipt for the order. Then a few hours later I received an email letting me know they cancelled my order stating “the time expired to pay for my order.” I contacted customer service and have been going back and forth for over a week after submitting my receipt and my literal bank statement that shows where the charge was posted to my account, but they are t... read more
