I would prefer to stay factual and concise in my review because to be honest any more thought and energy directed towards this absolutely horrendous experience is just not wanted. It was my 40th birthday, I reserved for myself, sister and mom to all have our nails done together over a month in advance. My service was going to take a little longer so I was told to show up early which I did, my nail technician showed up late and then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to do what I had wanted.
