ZAR Athletica has been a really good experience overall. The environment feels welcoming without being intimidating, and all the coaches are genuinely friendly, which makes it easy to show up. I’ve been working 1:1 with Liam and he’s been great - knowledgeable, straightforward, and really takes the time to tailor things to you. He explains the why behind everything, which I really appreciate.
Great experience training here will be back , highly recommend
