Twice I have tried to use your carwash. Thirst time was 1/31/25 when a $12.00 wash ended up $24.00 on my bank statement. The 2nd time was on 2/24/25 when I tried to get a car wash only to find the lady inside the bay was locked in. Neither door would open to let her exit. I had to back my car out of the lane so she could back her car out. Needless to say I had already selected by wash.
