I didn't wanna write this review because I like the place but went there in late January and swiped my card to get charged $9.50 then the machine wouldn't work. I called them and was told how to apply for a refund online which I did and a month later still had not received my refund so called back. I was told it would be handled and now it's another month later with no refund SMH, not good business 2 months later you can't refund 9.50 for broken machinery
Went there to wash my car in the self serve stall. It took ones. Didn't read quarters but kept them. Didn't read fives but kept them. Ended up spending 9 dollars and didn't get a car wash. Garbage.
Last week went here to get my car wash. The touchless ones wernt working so i went to the manual one. Charged me 4.75 but the water never came and i couldn't wash my car. Why do you do this? Why arent the touchless ones working?
