Years ago had a terrible experience. Didn't get what I paid for and no way to contact someone for a refund. Thought I'd give it another chance since it's been a while. Nothing has changed. Will never use this wash again
Went there for a wash. Nothing posted that they're closed. No cones placed or anything. Hopefully our cc doesn't get charged.
One or both washing bays are working.
vehicle never comes out fully clean. Always has soap residue left over or just completely missed half the car
I took my car in to get a wash in the evening and was the only one at the car wash. I paid for a deluxe wash. The undercarriage sprayer started before I was notified to go through. It only got half of my car, as I went through the wash, the sprayer that cleans the soap off did not remove any of it from the right side of my car. This car wash is a waste of your time and money. Do not go there. There is another car very close to Zappy's on 57, I would go there rather than here. I don't even know why they are open or do not fix... read more
