Zappy's Auto Wash

I drove to three separate Zappy’s auto washes before I just gave up and bought car cleaning supplies from auto zone. Every single location, none of the quarter vending machines for towels or armor-all etc worked. I don’t know if it was because they were out of stock, or they needed to empty the quarter collector, but the place that used to be my go-to for giving my car a nice clean out is just run down and seemingly uncared for in any capacity. It was how I imagine it would be post apocalypse. Just empty. All three.

The line feeding soap to the brush was disconnected and sprayed soap all over the place. The drains are also backed up and smell very bad.

This place is good when they soap in the dispensers. 3/4 of the time I come here there is no soap to use, just water.

Depends on the location. Most of the touchless washes can't get salt residue off of windows, which defeats the purpose of the wash. The Chardon location is the best, by far. I used the self wash bay in Mentor, worked great, but couldn't print a receipt to get reimbursed for a company vehicle.
