The workers at the drive through on mentor Avenue in mentor are kind of bossy and rude. They keep wanting me to pull up so close to the car in front of me but a few months ago, the two cars in front me collided and they had to pull over to give each other their phone numbers. I’m assuming Zappy’s is not responsible. Ever since then, I like to keep an extra few feet in front of me and the car in front of me but I keep getting yelled at by the workers. Rude!
Seats were only hit in obvious streaks. Interior windshield had to be redone when I saw it. Exterior glass covered in spray wax. The explanation says clay bar, bugs still on hood grill and windshield. Had to vacuum excess water and wipe every surface when I got home. Having it redone elsewhere to hopefully not have it ruined. If you want to pay them to spray it down with product and wipe it off when you go home go for it. Car was relatively clean when I dropped it off, more work to fix this than do it myself.
