I had the Supreme detail done on Friday Oct 10, 2025 at the Mentor, Ohio location. I did perform a review of the vehicle at the detail center. During my review the techs missed the rear lift hatch inside area completely. They missed the passenger rear inside door trim area. When I got home and had more time plus better light to go over the vehicle I had some issues. The inside of my vehicle was an average cleaning job. They missed detailing the front of the front seats. The detail work was good & thorough. They should have placed my EZ Pass, umbrella & scraper back in my car when the job was done.
I paid for a FULL interior cleaning and they tacked on an extra 20 dollars because they said there was more hair and sand. I don’t have a pet so no pet hair. Full means full without tacking on extra fees.
Buy gas at Zappys gas station and get a FREE carwash. Love it
