Terrible service. This provider was good for the first two months. Then I stopped receiving medication and there is no good way to contact the company to get customer support. It’s a chat that says someone will get back to you within 24 hours via email. The responses I got didn’t resolve the issue and I had to request help 3 or 4 times to even get a response. So far it appears to be a scam. I agree to try the service out for one month and they already charged me for another month without my approval. Around midnight they scheduled me for an appointment at 6:30 a.m. the following morning and no one showed up. The shots they gave me are not working I have gained 1 lb in the last 3 weeks, I did not eat more still maintain the same exercise. The only thing the medication did is give me headache all day long
It’s been 7 business days and yet customer service says they don’t know when UPS will pick up my meds to deliver! This is your entire business model - shipping medication! I appreciate that cust serv is responding within a few hours but as a first time customer, this is not a good experience
I love how they are concerned about my overall well-being!! The provided workouts and always checking to see how I'm feeling mean allot to me. They always ensure I get my medication in a timely manner.
