I’m in awe of Zappones’ staff and the incredible and honest inspection they performed on my Nissan Murano SL. We brought our Chevy Malibu to this shop for an intermittent starting issue. The car was turning over/cranking but would occasionally fail to start. Despite this, they replaced the starter and starter relay. We questioned that decision since the engine was clearly cranking, but we were reassured that these repairs were necessary.
