Be careful with ZappiCo. They're very deceptive during contract negotiations. They initially had it so that the buyer had to pay the seller's closing costs and transfer taxes. Seller's customarily pay their closing costs and transfer taxes. Their attorney is also notorious for being difficult to deal with. When considering purchasing a piece of property off ZappiCo, they'll also artificially create demand when negotiating with you, telling you that there are 2-3 interested buyers that they're in discussion with.
