I regret taking CSAA's advice in having Zappelli's attempt to fix my car. Beyond doing a poor job (that had to be corrected by another shop), they gave me my car back with a broken glovebox, broken radio antenna, and miss-wired, non functioning headlights. But the worst thing installing a used, aftermarket windshield, described on the invoice as "ordered from dealer". The total cost was three times the initial estimate.
If you need auto body work done, and need it done right, then take it to Zappelli's Auto Body! My family will make you feel like family.
I love this family owned business. They are very friendly and honest. They do great work! In my opinion, they are the best! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. In fact, my car is there right now! I highly recommend them.
