My recent stay at this apartment was fantastic for the price! The location is ideal – close to Perth city center but on a surprisingly quiet street, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, and everything was spotless. The staff were helpful and always available if I had a question or needed anything. The only thing to be aware of is the lack of a physical reception desk. Check in was carried out at another partnering reception about 500meters away. So not really a traditional check-in experience. I left the property on the 19th, and today is the 25th — the deposit has still not been returned. The return is not processed immediately after checkout, and I’m still waiting for an update. This delay is frustrating and should be clearly communicated to future guests. It was also not made clear that if I wanted a parking space I would have to pay $28.00 per day, which took me completely out of my budget.

We’ve stayed here several times already but this time it was a disappointment as no hangers are available to use. Only 1 aircon remote and not even working.
