I had an amazing experience at Zapped Brooklyn with the Glo Facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Gabby, the owner and the one who performed the treatment, was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about skincare. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly moisturized, fresh, and soft — and it had a beautiful, healthy glow that lasted for days. I highly recommend Zapped if you’re looking for quality care and noticeable results.

"I've had 4 sessions of laser hair removal at Zapped, and I'm starting to see good results. The process is relatively painless, and the staff is skilled and courteous. The place itself is clean and welcoming. Be prepared to commit to multiple sessions for the best results-it's a gradual process but worth it!, Highly recommend for anyone looking for safe and efficient hair removal services!

I’ve been going here for electrolysis for over 6 months and have been seeing good results already! Lee is amazing - she is so sweet and makes the process as comfortable as possible. The whole space is super clean and nice, and very convenient to get to. Would wholeheartedly recommend coming here for electrolysis!
