My correspondence with them both in person and on phone has been lovely! Beth at Zappacosta is so kind! She was extremely helpful to me and assisted me in my questions. They do care deeply about clients and helping them. They have a gorgeous selection in store too! You can just tell by looking, their gems and pearls are top notch, they have original designs that are unique to them!
