Well, considering everything blew out of proportion at this party, I give it a 10.
I needed my rental updated with new outlets. I called Zapp made an appt. Tenant wasnt home when they said they would be. After awhile he left but came right back the next day no problem. Fixed the issue, job well done. I will call them anytime I have electrical issues!
