Good electrician, but considered our project "a huge thorn in his side" causing many delays. Requests for additional help were ignored.

I gave them a call and they took the time when they were working and very busy to talk me and walk me through my problem and help me fix it without having to come to my home. Sure enough he was correct a simple fix and a helpful hand to walk me through solved my issue.
