Utterly disappointing! Rose was absolutely useless. She asked for 5k upfront on my probate case. She talked a big game, promising to protect me and fight for me. Once she got her money she was nearly impossible to reach. My sister was able to clean out our mothers entire estate, emptied all accounts, photos gone, jewelry gone, cars gone. Rose did nothing. My mom hired this firm to help with my father's trust after his passing. Rose Zapor asked for a retainer fee and we paid upfront, she asked us for the information several times . We complied then she just quit communicating with us , no response, even to a certified mail, asking for our paperwork..case file backa and a refund for never working on my mothers behalf. She stole 1500.00 from her. We don't know what to do.apauling she is stealing from the very people she is supposed to be helping.BEWARE
