I recently took my car to here for oil, air filter , cabin filter change, an engine leak issue, and spark plugs and shocks replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Zack was super friendly, professional, and transparent about the repairs needed. I had the best experience here. First, the mechanic offered to stay past closing when I wasn't confident the tow truck would pick my car up quickly. Then, he was extremely patient throughout what became a fiasco with the tow truck dropping off my car to his shop. He fixed my car quickly and for a reasonable price. I can't recommend this shop enough. I will be taking my VW here for the foreseeable future.

Highly recommend this shop, I have owned VW/Audi cars for 20 years and had never came across a tech like Zack , very impressed by his knowledge, he's just at a different level! , incredibly reasonable pricing and I can assure anyone that he's very honest. Have repaired and service 3 of my cars here at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere 👍👍
Very skilled and experienced master technicians. Zack specifically took my call when my 2017 VW GTI experienced an EPC came on and the car went into limp mode. He was able to get me into the shop in the next hour and quickly diagnosed the issue as a fuel injector that needed to be replaced.
