Im so glad I found this shop. I was having issues with my Jetta for over a year and other shops couldn’t find the issue. I brought it here and it was diagnosed and repaired so quickly. The owner is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. I will be bringing my Jetta here from now on for any repairs.
Zack is a great mechanic. Knowledgeable, thorough, and with great follow up. Between my wife and kids, we own 3 well driven VW's and he's handled multiple issue with all of them while also being sensitive to our budget for fixes. I've been taking my Boxster here for a few years now and plan to continue doing so. This place is for people like me who are more interested in talking directly to the guy doing/directing the work and less interested in having a service advisor and a fancy lounge with free coffee and donuts (none of that here).
