good products, good prices, poor customer service. I have received the wrong product twice and when I ordered again and asked them to verify that today's order was correct, I received dismissive emails. I guess you can't have it good, fast, and cheap and customer service is where the corners are cut. At least they fix their mistakes, but the delays and time spent are disappointing. EDIT: Mary, I emailed that address many times. If you're interested, all the info is available.

Just received my product (12x18 C2S Cube Boxes) and I'm really happy with my purchase! I was a little cautious when buying the paper as I really couldn't find any reviews online but I took the risk and it's been great! Ordered my paper late Monday night and just got it via UPS Wednesday at 3pm. I live a few hours away from this company but it still feels like it was processed and shipped super quick so I'm glad I'll be able to depend on that in the future if I need boxes quickly.
