i bought a house. the seller used zapco to make an estimate for work required by linn county. the seller also agreed to pay upon completion of sale. after completion of buying home i called zapco to complete the work. he called the sellers realtor before calling me and gave me some BS line about retiring, blah blah. and this was october 2021. it is apparant it was a bogus estimate and shenanigans between zapco and the sellers realtor.
I've used Zapco several times, and I'm always thrilled with their work. They've done four different jobs for us-some household updates, new lighting in our kitchen, new lighting in three basement rooms, and running 30 amp for my RV's. They are superior in their customer service, their quality of work, responsiveness to our needs, and I could not be happier. Thanks, guys!! You're the BEST!
