I tried to make an appointment as I’ve been having pelvic pain. Lady on the phone was very nice nothing to say there. I understand COVID is spreading like wildfire but denying patient because they’re not vaccinated is extreme. I could’ve provided a negative test result? (Being vaccinated doesn’t stop you from spreading COVID FYI) and then to top it off the doctor wasn’t in because he was on VACATION but won’t see patients unless they’re vaccinated. Make it make sense.
Dr. Zapata was really nice answered all my questions but his staff needs to learn to be more courteous to patients... specially the nurse blood lab!!
