Zero stars if possible. I'm from out of town. My friend Broke down at Buccees in town on a Sunday. Zapatas said they could take the SUV and work on it. They stopped responding to her phone calls, until they told Zapatas we are coming to tow the SUV home to NC. When we arrived to collect the SUV a week later, they did not have the keys. They had to drive 30 minutes to get them and return. Then after an hour and 15 minutes they had the audacity to ask for a check.
