Dr Perez is a great doctor and second to none but her receptionist is a rude condescending bully unable to show the slightest compassion. He first told me I could not recschedule my appointment when I arrived 30 minutes early. He racanted and snapped that I could but it would cost me $50. My choice at that point was to wait in the confined waiting area where a young lady was sitting or go sit in my car in the 95 degree weather.
