During the age of COVID where you might expect customer service to be a bit dicey, ZAP supplies was exceptional. Polly, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and extremely professional on every interaction. When she said she was going to do something, she did it. I didn’t even have to leave my couch ( I live in Orlando) I received my samples in the mail, she followed up. When I was unsure about the color and how it would look in my home she face-timed me.
