I had the best experience with Zap and soul!! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! I got a hand chain, which can take some getting used to, and they have adjusted it every time I’ve come in free of charge! This will literally be my fifth time to adjust it, (It takes trial and error to find the sweet spot) And they willingly do it with a smile on their face! That’s great customer service!!! Come here for all your piercing and permanent jewelry needs!! They’ll get you fixed up!
