Absolutely terrible experience with Zap Photography. My daughter graduated on May 2, 2026, and I received a text message link from this company to order graduation photos. Naturally, I assumed the link was for her 2026 graduation pictures. Why in the world would anyone think a company is texting them a year later to reorder photos from 2025 that were already purchased? To make matters worse, their website is almost impossible to properly review because the photos are covered with excessive moving watermarks. You can barely t... read more
