Zap premium has been an overall excellent gym experience. The dialed in design, smart machines, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff has kept me coming back. I was very impressed with Seth from the team. He didnt have to but went the extra mile by checking in on me after I had subluxed my arm. Every gym needs a legend like Seth.
Harry at the Salamanca was an absolute delight to deal with, so warm and friendly but professional when needed. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to your company, that's for sure. I can say, after working decades in sales management, that staff like Harry are a rare find! Well done Zap for hiring such a wonderful employee! Great hiring!
