We found mouse droppings in our basement and called ZAP right away. TC came out and put poison traps out, and also did a perimeter check of our house and filled out holes they could have been getting in. After 3 weeks since we were still catching mice, he came over again and was able to find a good source that the mice were living off of. He cleaned it up for me and we haven’t had any mice since. Very prompt service and very respectful.

We had to use ZAP again for return of mice. The technician (TC) was great. Prompt and on time. He was thorough and professional. TC heard all our concerns and explained the whole process to us. We feel like we were well served and that he did a great job looking for points of mouse entry. Sorry we had to call you on such a cold day!
