Poor customer service and an even worse product. After numerous tries by the owner to fix the labeling machine (problems with the machine design that he was aware of, faulty power sources, missing electronic components) they agreed to take the machine back(it was quicker to label our product by hand!) Only after it was sent back they decided to hold back 20% for ‘damage’ that highlighted ‘tape residue’. It is clear to me that this product is still not ready for market.
