Horrible service, I was ripped off. I drive in and first thing I do is to tell the guy that I do not want an oil change and repeat it 3 times, I do not want an oil change, then I proceed to to say I came here for a transmission fluid change . I walk away for a mij and come back and these guy is changing the oil charges me $104 and then says so now do you want to me to check the transmission fluid. I went off at him. Unacceptable, a total scam. 3 times I repeated myself. Never going back.
After coming here for years I was shocked to find my oil had been over filled with possibly the wrong grade not to mention windshield washer fluid in my coolant reservoir. Just unreal. Save your money and do it yourself or get someone you personally know to do it.
I would like to start off by saying I’ve been going to this place for years. I got there at 4:42 today and the guy refused to take my car for an oil change. After 10 min of talking to him I said you could have done the oil change already. Mind you I get synthetic oil change. As an owner of this place I would definitely reconsider your employees as they are lazy and are a reflection of you. Got to cameras 7/9 at 5:43 you will see a Mercedes pull up and guy refusing.
