A great experience. From booking my survey, Jordan came, on time, and talked me through my options, and ordered my door. Zap kept in touch, everything went as planned. Kyle and Ruben came to fit my door, and left me very satisfied. They didn't hang about fitting it, and left everywhere clean and tidy. They've done a great job. Thanks to all of you.

Having bought a garage door from them 10 years ago purchase a 'flimsy German 'Hormann' new garage door for £1000+ from their new name. Initial discussions were pleasant and initial discussions again relating to correction of adjustments which apparently should have been done on installation although one side metal 'slider' still 'screeches'. The main problem however concerns the brackets at the bottom of each side which protude inwards and recently caught and punctured one of my cars tyres requiring replacement at £176. I ha... read more
