Ben or Daniel at the front desk was amazing and super helpful with walking through the gym. It’s a clean, quaint gym with everything you need. Big plus on not being overcrowded - a great vibe all around. They have day passes too which is perfect if you’re traveling to Williamstown.
I am very disappointed with the flexibility on pausing the membership when sick, basically one is expected to know when u are going to be sick and then work out when to pause on the next billing cycle, and the customer service is not very helpful at all. They just say that the system does not have that functionality which I think is just an excuse for bad service.
