Worst customer service. They overcharged me 2 times and apparantly now they cannot fix it and i have to bear the cost they cannot help. I am stuck in an yearly plan too so cant get out of it. low quality equipment and even poorer customer service. Big.
I’ve had a great experience at this location, and Rye has been very knowledgeable and friendly.
Had a great time signing up, rye showed me how to use all the equipment and now I feel ready to change my life!
If you have an unsuccessful direct debt payment, they will charge you extra $10 this is their part time business. Therefore, this makes customers unsatisfied.
