I have been living in Australia for two years and this is by far the worst gym I’ve ever joined. I requested to cancel my membership four weeks before going on holiday. MY FIRST REQUEST OF CANCELATION WAS ON 22-23 JULY, NOT AT 30 OF AUGUST. The staff member at Zap Kingston assured me that the cancellation was processed. I trusted them.
