New to Kingston in 2022 and joined ZAP as it was the closest to home and so glad that I did. It's a great place, friendly, well equipped and maintained. I enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, have met helpful people to talk to and appreciate the variety of equipment available. Ollie is a gem....friendly and always there to help.
I love going there. It’s so big and you can always find something to do if you’re waiting on a machine. Ollie the manager is a legend and it’s the first time in my life I’ve actually enjoyed going to the gym. Thanks!
Amazing morning staff. Think his name is Angus. Great worker, very efficient. Always cleaning. Day worker is amazing too, very friendly always very helpful. Think his name is oli. Always doing something and the place is spotless.
Pretty good facilities but some equipment has been out of action for months. Too many people seem more intent on their mobile phones than actually exercising. The app for entering the building seems to malfunction often,which is annoying. But otherwise a great gym with ( mostly) friendly people.
