Pretty decent gym with a good range of equipment overall, and it’s generally a solid place to train. My main complaint is the placement of the hip abduction and glute machines. They’re positioned right next to the front windows and entrance, so when people walk in or out you end up making eye contact mid-set. It’s a bit awkward given the movement, especially since the machines face directly toward the rest of the gym. I had an absolutely shocking experience with Zap Fitness's customer service, and it's left me fuming. When I reached out about an offer they'd provided, I was met with nothing but excuses and a complete lack of understanding from Jerome in support. He was rude from the get-go, constantly talking over me and refusing to listen to my situation. Always lack of equipments Charge the customer for late fee payment 10 per week (they didn’t notice u this one when u sign the contract and even in the invoice) That is such a scam.
