This gym has Efficient and quality equipment, as I am a morning person it was always quiet and not overwhelming for me, the locals are nice and the PTS are friendly and welcoming. Out of all the gyms iv signed up to At ZAP fitness I have made the most progress and felt the most comfortable. I moved away which meant I couldn’t continue my membership but I miss this gym I highly recommend ZAP fitness.

It's totally an ideal environment to work out - no matter what the time - day or night. A good range of equipment.

Clean, tidy, easy to use and understand for a beginner. Bathrooms are spacious and very hygienic. Quiet, accessible and the girl who helped me through my free trial and then membership provided helpful and friendly suggestions. Would highly recommend! A pool or hot tub would be a lovely addition to Zap's venues :)

I have been a Zap member for years. Great equipment and the 24-7 entry is so convenient!
