All the equipment is super old and makes it impossible to isolate specific muscles. I wish I had done a trial before signing up because it's so disappointing. It's not worth $17 a week. Go anywhere else if you can.
A new guy called Dan started at the Flemington ZAP gym recently; it was great to finally see someone motivated as he kept all the paper towels full, put weights away and greet every member as they come in and leave the gym. This is exactly the type of gym staff I like to see..
It's a great gym as I signed up just the other day very good Chloe was awesome showing me around. And the prices is good too 😃
Chloe's help and warmth at the joining visit was awesome.
